The result is a set perfect for Summer entertaining—ideal for dining al fresco, grilling, marinating and drizzling. Achieved from a slow, careful handmade process that honors the depth of each ingredient, with Chiles grown by Boonville Barn Collective: a woman-owned farm that harvests, dries, and grinds each Chile by hand in Northern California.
