At Flamingo Estate, we stand behind the integrity of our harvest and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass components and fragile apothecary goods are well-protected.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the exterior of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our garden team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
